Hey Lovies!! I have a very delicious recipe for the salmon lovers. trust me.. this dish is sure to please. The best part is – it’s so easy.. I have to give kudos to a dear friend of ours, Larry. After tasting it – I knew I had to share it with you – his was very delicious, but I made a just a couple of simple changes (added the “TLC” touch)
1 slab of fresh salmon
1 cup of heavy cream
2 tblspn dijon mustard
3 tblspn honey
Zatarains blackened seasoning (Larry used cayenne pepper)
Rinse salmon and pat dry. Place in the baking dish and generously coat the salmon with the blackened seasoning on both sides and rub in. Sprinkle lightly with the garlic powder on both sides and rub in.
In a small sauce pan, bring heavy cream to a bubble, reduce heat and add Dijon mustard and honey. Reduce flame and let simmer approximately 10 mins. Taste a little dab to be sure you taste the honey and mustard, making sure it’s not overpowering.
Pour cream over the salmon, cover and bake approximately 20 mins (or until salmon is done)

Is your stomach growling or mouth watering..?? Good, because that what I had hoped.. – Mission Accomplished. Ok now.. Who doesn’t like wings??? duhhhh Nobody!!
This is the most simplest recipe that has so much flavor.. the kind that makes you lick you lips and say mmmmm..smack,smack, mmmmm..
4 Ingredients: Vegetable Oil (2 tblspn) Wings Garlic Powder Sea Salt Victoria Seasonings Texas Red Seasoning (click here to order)
Preheat oven to 375. Wash and clean wings. Season wings generously with garlic powder, sea salt and Texas Red Seasoning. Pour vegetable oil on top of wings. Here’s where it gets messy (but it’s worth it) Rub each wing with the oil and seasoning, massaging thoroughly making sure they’re nicely coated.
Place in lightly greased baking dish and bake uncovered for 30 mins (or until done). Then broil on for browning, the last 15 mins. Turn and brown the other side. The skin will become slightly crisp.
Remove and serve hot..
How many of you love quesadillas!! I know.. me,me,me,me,meeee!! Every time I make these, I literally have to keep them in the oven, because if they’re seen, all I hear is “let me grab one” chuckles.. These are simply easy to make and oh-so tummy-yummy….
1 bag of shrimp (shelled and deveined) cut into chunks 1 small jar of Pace salsa 1 block of pepper jack cheese (shredded) 1 tblspn Dean&Jacobs Spicy Garlic 1/4 tspVictoria Seasonings Tuscan and 1/2 tsp Smoky Paprika Chipotle 2 tblspn Olive Oil 8 small flour tortillas
Heat oil in medium sauce pan and sautee shrimp. Season shrimp with with all three seasonings and cook until done. Remove shrimp and place in a small bowl. Heat another tspn of olive oil in pan (to cook quesadillas). On each tortilla, place a desired amount of shrimp, a scoop of salsa and top with cheese and fold in half. Place in heated pan until lightly browned. Flip over and brown other side and cheese is fully melted. Next…. Eat UP!! See how easy that was…. As always – it’s “TLC” TwinsLuvCooking
