How many of you love quesadillas!! I know.. me,me,me,me,meeee!! Every time I make these, I literally have to keep them in the oven, because if they’re seen, all I hear is “let me grab one” chuckles.. These are simply easy to make and oh-so tummy-yummy….
1 bag of shrimp (shelled and deveined) cut into chunks 1 small jar of Pace salsa 1 block of pepper jack cheese (shredded) 1 tblspn Dean&Jacobs Spicy Garlic 1/4 tspVictoria Seasonings Tuscan and 1/2 tsp Smoky Paprika Chipotle 2 tblspn Olive Oil 8 small flour tortillas
Heat oil in medium sauce pan and sautee shrimp. Season shrimp with with all three seasonings and cook until done. Remove shrimp and place in a small bowl. Heat another tspn of olive oil in pan (to cook quesadillas). On each tortilla, place a desired amount of shrimp, a scoop of salsa and top with cheese and fold in half. Place in heated pan until lightly browned. Flip over and brown other side and cheese is fully melted. Next…. Eat UP!! See how easy that was…. As always – it’s “TLC” TwinsLuvCooking

With the smokey chipotle taste and a touch of tuscan flavor gives these quesadillas a fun new taste
- 1 bag shrimp, cleaned and deveined cut into chunks
- 1 jar Salsa
- 1 block pepper jack cheese shredded
- 1 tblspn Spicy garlic seasoning
- 1/2 tspn Tuscan seasoning
- 1/2 tspn Smokey Chipotle Paprika
- 2 tblspn Olive oil extra virgin
- 8 small flour tortillas
Instructions

This looks so darn delicious. I haven’t had quesadillas in such a long time. I have. however, had tacos which made me smile last week lol. I am also loving that you added shrimp to this as well. Amazing post
What an interesting twist to one of my favorite quick dinners! I’ve had fish tacos but never thought to add shrimp to my quesadillas! Love the idea! Thank you for sharing 🙂 I can’t wait try this next time!
I’ll admit to being a quesadilla hound!!!! They are a wonderful “hot sandwich” for a cold winter day or anytime! I’ve never heard of making them with shrimp, but hey…if Bubba Gump had it on his list, I’m all for it!!! 🙂
