This cake is nothing short of a mouth watering, moist delight. Perfect with your morning coffee or simply as a nightcap delight.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 9x11 glass baking dish. In large mixing bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients. Blend until creamy. In a smaller separate bowl mix the brown sugar and cinnamon. Pour half the batter in the baking dish and spread evenly. Generously sprinkle half the brown sugar mixture. Using a fork lightly swirl around the batter. Pour remaining batter on top and finish with the remaining brown sugar. Lightly swirl batter again. Bake for approx 35 minutes or until you insert a toothpick and comes dry. To prepare the glaze, add remaining ingredients in a separate bowl and blend until smooth. Pour glaze over hot cake. Let cool; slice and serve.
