Avyn Takes Two

Hey everyone, I’m just having a quick break from the norm of my usual home décor and thrifting posts to be the doting grandma.. or shall i say “jamma”.. heeeheeeheee… Yes, that’s what this little pudding is calling me.  It’s so hard to believe she’s already two years old.. I mean, it seems like yesterday she was born, and the day before yesterday we had the baby shower.  Time is simply flying by and she’s steady growing and learning.

And here she was roughly 5 months old and already alert and ready to be the boss.

Watching her grow and become more independent is such a joyful time… here I watched her take her first step.

And then we’re celebrating her First Birthday and she’s running all over the place and everything goes in the mouth..lol

Fast forward to the Terrific Two’s  and she had a photoshoot that had me smiling big smiles.

There’s even a quick tutorial video on their site to guide you through it.  Now, I will admit, I had a bit of a difficult time when it got down to the last corner to install.  Word of advice, don’t completely tighten all the screws until all corners flushed together.  I had to give the last corner a tap with the hammer to get that tight fit.   Other than that, it was ready to hang and enjoy.

Isn’t it great.. Now when I walk through this area, I smile at her picture facing me and it’s a pleasant way to start the day.
