Instructions
In a medium sauce pan, add olive and butter. Once butter is melted add onions. Saute onion until they are cooked, add spinach and minced garlic and continue to saute until spinach is wilted. Sprinkle with spicy garlic seasoning. Spread mixture into pie shell. In mixing bowl beat eggs until light and fluffy, add heavy cream and black pepper. Beat until blended and pour in pie shell. Sprinkle top with cheese and bake at 350 for approximately 45 mins or until firm.
