Buffalo Chicken WonTons

These tasty appetizers are like eating buffalo chicken wings without the mess.

  • 5 cups shredded pre-cooked chicken (white meat) your favorite rotisserie chicken is best
  • 1 1/4 cups buffalo wing hot sause add more if needed
  • 3 green onions chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbspn Spicy Garlic Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella chese you can substitute for your favorite cheese
  • 1 pk Wonton wrappers

Instructions

  1. Add chicken, green onions,garlic powder,seasonings, cheese and sauce in mixing  bowl.  Stir until well blended.  Take each wrapper and wet edges with water.  Place a teaspoon amount in the center of wrapper and fold over and press edges together to seal.  Place filled Wontons in heated olive oil and cook until browned. Place on draining dish and server hot.
