I don’t even know where to start, but I will say I’m baffled how fast the year has gone by.  I can’t thank you all enough for hanging with me another year of thrifting our house into a home!  From taking you on my thriftscapades, to decorating the brick cottage, to making a few changes at our home, I hope I’ve inspired you on decorating your home, challenged you to tap your design style and encouraged you to think outside the norm when shopping to decorate.  To recap this busy year, I thought I’d countdown  the 8 best thrift finds of 2019.

No. 8   –   In this post, lady luck was with me when I scored this bar cabinet.

No. 7 – For the living room refresh, I needed additional storage, and I found this antique buffet in this post.

No. 6 – I also purchased this chandelier for a steal of a deal in the same post.

No. 5 – This Franco Albini rattan settee was scored by my fellow-thrifter friend, Machelle, in this post

No. 4 – This chinoiserrie silk screen was a big score at the Big Grab.

No. 3 – With Amir’s bedroom needing 4 panels, the drapery fabric was scored for $2.00/yd. and you can see the full post here.

Yes, it’s been a busy year and alot was accomplished.  I hit quite a few thrift stores and enjoyed all the thriftscapades and taking you with me.  Next year, I plan to hit more different spots and traveling further from my usual zones.  Who knows, maybe there’s a reader out there who’d like to hook up and thrift with me!  I’m excited about 2020 and look forward to hanging out with you.  I hope you stay with me for the ride and I wish you all a Healthy, Prosperous and HAPPY NEW YEAR!!  Please be safe in your travels and as always – Happy Hunting while you thrift your house into a home!!!
